Respecting Patient Choices

If you became seriously ill, or had a serious accident, and were not going to return to normal, what sort of medical treatment would you want? Who would you want to make decisions for you about your medical treatment?

The Respecting Patient Choices program is a consultant-based service that gives you the opportunity to work with someone to plan your care in advance. Your Advance Care Plan can then help you when things aren’t going so well.
